GymPilot

Save the workout. Then actually do it.

Paste a public workout link and GymPilot turns it into exercises, sets, reps and equipment you can train from. Build a program from what you saved. Follow it set by set.

Three steps from a saved reel to a real session

  1. 1

    Paste the link

Share or paste a public TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook post. GymPilot reads the public caption, slides and transcript. It does not download the video and it cannot read private posts.

  2. 2

    Review the workout

Gemini turns what it read into a structured card: exercises in order, sets, reps, rest, equipment, duration and type. You check it, fix anything, and save.

  3. 3

    Train from it

Put it in a collection, schedule it on the calendar, or let the program builder turn your saved workouts into a multi-week plan. The player walks you through every set.

What is in the app

Import from four platforms

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook links, public posts only. Every import lands in a review editor before it is saved.

A library you can search

Collections, favorites, search and filters by type, difficulty and equipment. A manual editor for workouts that never came from a video.

AI program builder

Goal, days per week, session length and equipment produce a multi-week program built from your own saved workouts, with a focus for each week.

Calendar and streaks

A week strip with today's session, upcoming workouts and a streak that counts every finished session.

Workout player

Steps through exercises, ticks off sets, records history, and deep-links to the moment in the source video for an exercise.

873-exercise library

Instructions, level, mechanic, equipment and muscles for every entry, with Gemini form cues in the app and the full library published on this site.

The exercise library, by the numbers

Every exercise in the app is also a page on this site, with a plain-English how-to, common mistakes, and sets and reps ranges by goal.

873

exercises with step-by-step instructions

310

bodyweight, no equipment needed

What GymPilot does and does not do

GymPilot is a fitness library and planner, not a tracker with a decade of charts. It reads public post pages, so it works on the workouts creators publish for everyone and not on private accounts. It does not download videos or bypass any platform's restrictions.

Everything you save lives on your phone. There is no account, no sign-in and no cloud sync in the current version, and the app has no camera or photo-library access. Only the link you paste leaves the device.

The AI runs on our server, not on the phone, and every import passes through a review screen you control before anything is saved.

Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook.

Questions

Which links can GymPilot import?

Public posts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. Paste the link or share it to the app. Private posts and accounts cannot be read, and GymPilot does not download the video: it reads the public title, caption, transcript and images from the post page.

Does it need an account?

No. The app works fully without one. Your library is stored on the device, there is no sign-in and no cloud sync in the current version, and deleting the app deletes the data.

What does GymPilot Pro cost?

Pro is sold as a monthly or a yearly subscription through the App Store, and the current price is shown on the paywall inside the app. It unlocks unlimited imports, the AI program builder and unlimited collections.

What happens to the link I paste?

It is sent to our server, which fetches the post's public content and passes it to Google Gemini to build the workout. Nothing is stored on the server afterwards. The privacy policy names every third party.

Is there an Android version?

No. GymPilot is an iPhone app. There is no Android version, no iPad layout and no web app.

How is the program built?

You pick a goal (muscle, strength, fat loss or general fitness), days per week, session length, duration and equipment. The builder arranges your own saved workouts into a multi-week program with a focus for each week. It needs a few saved workouts to work from.

How do I cancel?

In Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions on your iPhone. That is Apple's flow and it is two taps.
